Questions
What does the Navigator include each month?
Two 60-minute calls, weekday messaging with same-day replies, and review of your drawings, quotes and trade proposals. Once a quarter, we visit site.
Will you do my drawings or calculations?
No — the Navigator is advice and review only. It doesn’t include design drawings, calculations or site management. If you need those, the Blueprint is the next step, or we can arrange a structural engineer at cost plus 10%.
How long do I commit for?
A 3-month minimum, then month by month. You pay monthly in advance by direct debit.
Why only six clients?
Same-day replies only work if there’s time to give them. We cap the Navigator at 6 clients at once so every message gets proper thought.
What if I need more site time?
Extra site visits are £395 for up to two hours with written notes. An Expert Day — sourcing, coaching your trades, on-site problem solving — is £1,250.
