FAQ
Questions
What happens in the two hours?
On site, we walk the house or plot together and talk through what you want. By video, we go through your plans, photos and ideas on screen. Either way you can ask anything — about design, structure, planning, cost or how to run the build.
What’s in the Clarity Report?
Four to six pages, within five working days: the options open to you, the risks to watch, rough cost bands, the planning and building-regulations route, and the next three steps to take.
Is the Clarity Session a survey?
No. It is advisory, based on what can be seen and what you tell us. Where a survey is needed to confirm something, the report says so and explains which one.
What if I want to go further?
The fee is credited once against a Blueprint or Single Point booked within 90 days. Nothing you spend on clarity is wasted.
Where do you cover on site?
On-site sessions are for Zone A — up to 60 miles from Llangollen, including Chester, Wrexham, Shrewsbury, Mold, Ruthin, Bala, Telford and Conwy. Further afield, choose the video session.
Is there a free consultation?
There is a free 15-minute fit call so we can both check the project is right for us. Everything beyond that is a paid session — which is why the Clarity Session is focused, prepared and written up properly.
