The light through the year, the slope, the ground, the views, the neighbours, the planning history, the services. The site tells you most of the answer if you look properly.

Form, structure and layout worked out together in a full 3D model, so the engineering and the experience support each other instead of fighting.

A Cost Plan agreed before detailed design, so the home you fall in love with is the home you can afford. No surprises you weren’t warned about.

Specify everything
Every fixed finish to the exact product, every junction drawn, every switch placed. Builders price what’s drawn — so we draw it all.

Lead the build
With the Single Point, we appoint the builder, check every invoice, keep the programme, and report every week until we hand you the keys.

- A two-hour Clarity Session to map what’s possible, what it should cost and what to do next.
- Feasibility
- For difficult sites and buildings, a Feasibility Study finds out whether — and how — it can be done.
- Design
- The Blueprint: brief and concept, developed design and planning, technical design and tender.
- Build
- With the Single Point, we lead the build — or with Build Watch, we inspect while your own builder runs it.
- Self-build
- Doing it yourself? The Navigator puts an engineer in your corner.
We keep capacity deliberately limited, so every client gets fast, personal replies and every detail gets the attention it deserves.
